Our clients range from very small offices to large organizations with hundreds of staff members in multiple locations. We currently provide business technology services as the outsourced IT department for over 200 commercial, medical, financial, legal, municipal and industrial clients, and we assist in-house IT departments that have hard problems or big projects. In addition, we provide IT services with discounted rates to about 30 local nonprofits. We love helping those who are helping others in our community. Below are just some of the industries we serve.

The team at OneWhoServes has been a valuable partner to Asheville Habitat, especially over this past year with so many staff transitioning to working from home. Their remote support and recommendations for new methods to connect to our data has been so helpful. Additionally, OWS helped us move our data to the cloud a few years ago. Previous Band-Aid Fixes Slowed our System Down Before working with OneWhoServes, our IT support would fix the immediate problem without looking at how the issue impacted our network. The result was we ended up with several Band-Aid fixes that essentially slowed our system down to where we were unable to take advantage of our network capabilities. Since switching, OneWhoServes took our flawed network, remapped it and now all our equipment talks the same language making traffic jams and slowdowns unheard of.
